Before the start of each semester, you will need to revalidate your student card. Once you have paid your semester fee, you can easily do this at the validation machines on the left. In the same room you will find several study areas for individual or group work. You can find more workplaces in the W2 and W4-building.

The Institute for Industrial Ecology (INEC) is a research institute at Pforzheim University that was founded in 2010. The interdisciplinary team at INEC focuses on analyzing energy and material flows between the technosphere and ecosphere. The goal is the efficient use of limited resources through the ecological and economic optimization of product life cycles and operational production processes. You can find the INEC on the 4th floor of W1.

By using the elevator or taking the stairs, you will find several lecture rooms, which are located on the 5 upper floors.
