This program allowed me to acquire knowledge through academic coursework while applying it in real-world situations at the company. Being part of Uniper, a large corporation, gave me valuable insights into different departments and functions, providing a comprehensive understanding of the energy industry.</span></p>

They facilitate connections and productive discussions with apprentices and colleagues, whether in person or in a hybrid format. These areas promote effective collaboration and idea exchange.</span></p>
