Where we work is not limited to the office and the home office: within the employment country we are free to choose where to work, as long as it is compatible with the team agreement as well as with technical and data protection requirements. And yes indeed, some employees are also eligible to work outside of the employment country for up to 45 days per year - our &ldquo;GeoFlex&ldquo; approach details the conditions for that and currently includes most EU countries and the EEA as well as the UK and Switzerland.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">3.
